Coyote Vision

I started writing about my thoughts in 1959, responding to some troubles I was having in college. Since then I’ve filled a succession of hand-written notebooks, supplemented since the start of the digital age by essays and other musings created digitally. Many of my blog entries are derived from the hand-written thoughts.

What they generally convey is the story of self and world. The world of the self comes into conflict and dialogue with the actual world of human society and the earth.

There is a reason for the perennial interest in stories of The Hero’s Journey, as discussed by Joseph Campbell. Each of us is a hero or heroine in our own particular journey through life, the ever-changing story of self and world.
